About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with over 12 years of Salesforce expertise to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio, API integrations, and Salesforce architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
As a Salesforce Architect, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce architecture and technical solutions for enterprise applications.
- Perform impact analysis on existing implementations and document technical designs, dependencies, and risks.
- Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Review and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical feasibility.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Break down business epics into implementable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead Salesforce custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Omnistudio.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security best practices, and scalable architecture patterns.
- Conduct architecture, code, and configuration reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Drive quality assurance through architecture reviews, deployment readiness, and production validations.
- Work closely with DevOps teams using Copado to ensure seamless deployments.
- Perform post-deployment smoke testing, hypercare support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, user adoption, system performance, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Provide production support and resolve complex Salesforce platform issues.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce Omnistudio experience.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-scale business applications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Preferred)
- Platform Developer II
- Omnistudio Consultant (Preferred)
