Transform Enterprise Finance with SAP S/4HANA

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions while helping organizations modernize their finance operations through SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and support integrations between SAP FICO and SAP MM, SD, PP, and other enterprise applications.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, validations, and substitutions.
• Support financial close processes, cost allocations, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Stay current with SAP innovations, including SAP Fiori applications, Universal Journal, and HANA-based reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and external applications such as banking, tax, or reporting systems.
• Understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and financial governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
