Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Lead to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SFCC architecture, development practices, integrations, and leading technical teams to deliver high-quality digital commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design scalable and maintainable SFCC solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Own SFCC architecture, integrations, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and customize SFCC solutions using SFRA, ISML, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems including payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and external platforms.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure best development practices.
• Support release management, performance optimization, and production deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) / Demandware.
• Strong understanding of SFRA architecture and eCommerce best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, ISML, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Experience with SFCC integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications related to Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
