Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong finance background and deep expertise in NetSuite ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design workflows, configure finance modules, and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for NetSuite implementations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and optimize financial workflows within Oracle NetSuite.
• Design and implement solutions to improve financial operations and business processes.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and provide best practice recommendations.
• Deliver user training sessions and support end-user adoption.
• Assist with data migration activities and maintain data accuracy throughout implementation.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and training materials.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant.
• Strong finance domain expertise with hands-on experience in NetSuite finance modules.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations and workflow configuration.
• Expertise in Saved Searches and SuiteFlow.
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
