Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Oracle HCM Fusion across HR modules
  • Manage system upgrades, quarterly releases, and environment refreshes
  • Analyze new Oracle HCM features and assess their impact on existing configurations
  • Configure and manage security roles, user access, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle Support
  • Assist in testing, validation, and post-upgrade stabilization
  • Maintain documentation for system changes and processes
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Administrator (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion HR modules
  • Experience with system upgrades and release management
  • Knowledge of security configuration and access control
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
