Principal Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead a critical business transformation initiative for one of our key Australian clients. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on consolidating multiple Salesforce orgs into a single, unified “Golden Org” — built on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.

This position demands a rare blend of deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and leadership capability. If you have a proven track record in complex CPQ + Billing implementations and org-level transformation projects, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Org Consolidation & Architecture — Lead end-to-end design and execution of merging multiple Salesforce orgs into a unified Revenue Cloud environment, ensuring scalability, governance, and business alignment.

Revenue Cloud Implementation — Design and configure complex solutions including product bundles, pricing rules, approval workflows, and complete Quote-to-Cash processes using Revenue Cloud Advanced.

Data Migration & Mapping — Manage migration of legacy data including active subscriptions, contracts, and financial records while ensuring data integrity across systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration — Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions.

Team Leadership & Agile Participation — Drive Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and sprint planning while maintaining alignment across distributed teams.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing — Upskill internal teams through training, documentation, and best practice frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)
  • Proven track record in Salesforce org consolidation or large-scale migration projects
  • Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing & product configuration, and billing/revenue recognition
  • Experience managing complex data migration scenarios involving live contracts and subscriptions
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MuleSoft or ETL tools for data migration pipelines
  • Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Finance/Accounting processes
  • Experience managing Amendments, Renewals, and legacy contract transitions
