Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle HCM Fusion across HR modules
- Manage system upgrades, quarterly releases, and environment refreshes
- Analyze new Oracle HCM features and assess their impact on existing configurations
- Configure and manage security roles, user access, and workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle Support
- Assist in testing, validation, and post-upgrade stabilization
- Maintain documentation for system changes and processes
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Administrator (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion HR modules
- Experience with system upgrades and release management
- Knowledge of security configuration and access control
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
